MotionBricks is NVIDIA's open model that generates character motion in real time: give it the last few poses and one to four target poses, and it fills in walking, running, strafing, vaulting or sitting between them, roughly 0.6 to 1.9 seconds per step. It is a Python runtime on TensorRT, not an engine plugin: you need an NVIDIA GPU (tested on an RTX 4090, Windows or Linux), the human model outputs NVIDIA's 30-joint SOMA skeleton, and wiring it into Unreal, Unity or Godot is your job. The code (Apache 2.0) and model weights (NVIDIA Open Model Agreement) allow commercial use, but the bundled sample motion clips are for evaluation only and can't ship in your game.
